So disappointed
They changed the formula and iconic scent not to mention doubled the price while giving us only 4 oz more in the new bottles. I used the biotin boost for years and always loved how luxurious the formula was. This “thicken” version is quite the departure 😩 please bring back the old formula!

bring back old formula
please bring back the old formula , the ingredient list was way shorter than this new version, it smelled simple and clean n worked well with my coffee+vanilla scent . pls bring it back it was clean, worked well, smelled great , and was cheaper !

It appears Hask changed both their bottle and formula and adding strong fragrance. I much preferred the previous formula, I am looking for another option

This new formula isn't it.
please bring back the original formula. This new smell is awful. Why change what was not broken? The smell lingers and leaves my hair feeling greasier somehow.

I tried this shampoo and conditioner because Hask's Argan oil line was so good. I had high hopes for the biotin line to help with thinning hair. I have no complaint about its effectiveness but the smell is truly unpleasant. Smells fine in the bottle, a little woodsy, but ends up smelling medicinal or like bug spray and the smell lingers...potently. Sadly, I will be returning it.

I'm actually very disappointed, this one gets your hair dirty fast rather OILS start the nxt day.. DOES NOT LEAVE YOUR HAIR WITH A FULL THICH LOOK NOR FEEL FULL MY HAIR BROKE VERY EASY WHEN STRAIGHTENING WITH BLOW DRYER. NO SHINE DID GET ANY COMPLIMENTS

My new favorite shampoo

Loved the product but the new smell is not good.
I love the product but the new smell has be rethinking buying this product. I loved the smell of the old formula. It made me feel like I was in a spa. I wish they would go back to the old smell!

Not for me but does the job
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great at cleaning hair. Makes hair feel soft and clean. Easy to use and rinse off. But I do not think it thickened my hair at all. And I believe the biotin is doing anything, since it’s mostly just rinsed off. If you can try it out, I recommend you do so, as everyone has different hair, different results may occur. Otherwise, I’m going to pass on this one.

Why change the smell??
I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for years and it has really helped the strength of my hair; however, the new formula is AWFUL. It smells putrid, there is absolutely no way this is the same shampoo. I absolutely will have to find a new affordable shampoo and conditioner now, as I cannot walk around with hair smelling like this. Extremely disappointed.
