My new easy breakfast
Tried it bc it's got extra protein and it was just soy protein and not whey which I feel would be weird taste/texture wise. I like it just fine, I add a bit of sugar but that's to my specific taste. I like the subtle cinnamon flaor. It's got 10g vs 5g of protein of regular Cheerios. (wasn't interested in the protein Cheerios because the flavors were all too different for my liking) I'll continue to buy this if they keep making it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Special K cereals. My favorite is the chocolate delight and the pecan one. I had never tasted the protein one until now l. I have to say I'm not a fan. I find the regualr ones better. This protein cereal to me has no flavor to it. It didn't make me any more fuller than the regular ones. The texture is the same as the other cereals from special K. As a matter of facts, the other ones help me even use the restroom if you know what I mean because of the fiber in it. I always add fruits to them. Is not I didn't like it is just unfortunately not my favorite.

your quality control needs improvement. there is no reason a chunk nearly 2 inches long should get through. How could you miss this?

The cinnamon taste is very faint, but pleasantly warm and not overpowering. It adds just enough flavor without competing with whatever you pair it with. One of my favorite ways to eat it is sprinkle over yogurt, thick açaí bowls, and even ice cream. It adds the perfect crunchy texture and holds well without getting soggy too quickly. The flakes look simple and lightly dusted, with a mild inviting aroma when you open the bag. The ingredients offer a solid protein boost making it more balanced than typical cereal. I’ll surely be purchasing another box.

Love the macros and the taste
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The High Protein Special K has good macros without the protein powder taste. It is cruncher than regular Special K and has a nuttier flavor. The portion size on the nutrition list is 1/3 of a cup larger than the 1 cup norm, so keep that in mind when comparing it to other cereals (see pic). It has less sugar and more protein than the Red Berries K, but the rest of the numbers are close at the 1 cup serving size. I appreciate the lower sugar, and definitely can see adding this to my morning with some fresh fruit mixed in. I would also mix it together with the red berries one. Definitely give it a try. I appreciate getting to sample this one as it's a good one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this special k protein recently and really enjoyed the flavor! It had a crunchy texture (even soaked in milk) and a cinnamon hint. The protein kept me extra full until lunch and I added a banana since I got the original flavor. I liked it a lot and will pickup again when I’m grocery shopping!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The box says it’s sweetened wheat but it’s not even slightly sweet. I couldn’t taste any cinnamon but I could smell it slightly. If you are not used to whole wheat then it will take some time to adjust to the taste. But as a snack, you don’t notice it too much when you are busy.
