Besides the obvious muscle recovery benefits, it goes way beyond that - improved cognitive function and bone health, it even raises your estrogen which regulates your menstrual cycle and period symptoms. Hello?? Why have we been excluded from this amazing supplement all this time. This is a great option if you’re just starting out because it’s tasty and easy to mix into water. I love the strawberry peach flavor before I head to my yoga sculpt class.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoyed the flavor of this product. It was refreshing and easy to drink after working out! It dissolved really well in a shaker bottle with water and sometimes I would even add it to a fruit smoothie and it tasted great. I’m sure that if you took it consistently you would feel more muscular, but whenever I took it I definitely felt stronger! (I just was not consistent enough with taking it). I love this brand as well, I have lots of their protein powders and am excited to continue taking this as I get more into fitness. I would love to try other flavors when I finish this one!

It was effective in my opinion and made me more productive even as far as having more of a clear mind. Mixed out very well and no grainy texture.

What made it great is that it was phenomenal alone or I would add it in with different clear protein flavors and it always enhanced the flavor. It mixed well which is always a plus. Also, I love having this every morning with or right after my workout to start my day with a clear head. I would highly recommend this flavor to anyone looking to try something delicious!!

This is an average size container for a newbie, and one doesn't want to go too much too fast. As always, check for allergic reactions and reactions with medications as well as check eith a health are provider before starting due to.the possibility of reacting with health issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flavor is good I have no complaints there, I don’t personally like filler in my creatine I prefer to just take straight creatine but that’s ok. My big problem with this product is that it dosent come with its own scoop, not having a specific scoop for the product so I know I’m getting the exact amount I’m supposed to bothers me, and also I couldn’t tell you a time I got a powder supplement and it didn’t have a scooper in it. Maybe I’m crazy but that fact alone is enough to make me never buy this product again

I was hoping there would be a scoop inside, but there wasn't one. The texture was fine, it dissolved easily, and wasn't gritty. It is a good value, I would buy it.
