Very good Flopur

Used it twice. Once for bread and once for cinnamon rolls and both were superior to anything available in the U.S.

Finally success!

After 4 years of trying I was able to make a soft and fluffy gluten free bread at home. I even used the GF setting on my bread maker. So glad I bought this!

Love Caputo Gluten Free Flour!

I've used Caputo Gluten Free Flour for a while now and saw on a Facebook page that Caputo was a bit less money at Brick Oven Baker. I'm very happy that I tried them. The flour was very well packaged and arrived a day ahead. Will order again!

Best Gluten-free pizza flour

As a newly diagnosed celiac disease patient, I began trying to find the best gf flour for pizza & I'm convinced this is it. It tastes like the gluten wheat flour pizza we all crave. I love buying from & supporting a small, local business. I highly recommend this flour.

Gluten free chiabatta bread

I tres the flour for the first time without reading how it differs from regular flour. I ended up adding about another cup of flour. It rose very welll and tastes as good as the one i made with all purpose flour .

Amazing Flour

I have family hat must eat GF and we bought this to make bread to try since many flours leave the bread tasteless or not the right texture. Boy this went beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this for GF baking needs! Worth every penny!

Best gluten free flour

I had a guest with celiac. I made my bread recipe with the gluten free. The texture and taste satisfied even the gluten tolerant. The same with the chocolate chip cookies. The cookies were more crumbly but everyone approved. So good. I have tried many gluten free flours. This flour is superior to the other ones.

Gluten Free Heaven

This GF flour is the best I’ve ever worked with. The final loaf was delicious and it sliced like a dream. It made the perfect sandwich loaf. This will be the only GF flour I’ll be baking with.
