Kal is a good brand.

I usually by kal products because they are good and most important it's manufactured in U.S. I hope I have been given correct information.

PLS read: it has to be refrigerated

I am nor sure how this is working but i still take it. The only con I see about it, and i did not see it in its description, is that it needs to be refrigerated, which is an inconvenience.I have taken probiotics for sometime now and never had to refrigerate them, even using different brands.
