To my surprise this works very well, took 2 in a day with 4000mg Vitamin C, got very nice bowel movement for the next day, I have chronic constipation dry bowel is always a big problem for me, no matter how much water or fiber I take! This seems to be the Probiotic I need, even better with the added Prebiotic so it can double the make of the Probiotic, highly recommended!

Love it

Highly recommended. After colon surgery for cancer my life was controlled by the proximity of the nearest bathroom. This combination of both pre as well as probiotic has worked best for me. Even better than the separate pre and probiotic capsules from Swanson. Probiotics alone are not sufficient for me. I have tried half a dozen different pre and probiotics including "the world's most tested probiotic" which costs a LOT more. This combination capsule is perfect for me, one capsule with each meal.

Seems to work

I've been taking these for a couple of weeks now. I can't say I have seen a huge difference, but usually after eating the occasional steak, I would become gassy and bloated. These came the same day my husband decided to make steaks for dinner. I took a dose a couple of hours before hand and I haven't experienced the gassy, bloated feeling. My BMs also seems to go smoother. Don't get me wrong, I do drink a lot of water, but I am always constipated and feel impacted. These do seem to help that I'm not pushing as hard.

The best of Prebiotics and Probiotic capsules

I had never heard of prebiotics but had been taking probiotics faithfully for years. I starated when my kids were in school and used to come home telling about their classmates that threw up at their feet that day. Amazingly, they were taking probiotics and never caugth that vile stomach bug. As I grew older and started having trouble with regularity due to certain medications I was prescribed, I came across the Prebiotic/Probiotic capsules and they work like a charm for me.
