My holy grail

I have dry skin. I have been using this face lotion as my daily moisturizer for 2-3 years now and it’s my most consistent repurchase. I love it! I wear it in the day time when I skip makeup, and even mix it with my foundation to create my own sheer “BB cream.” I love it so much I actually wear it more during the day than at night. Too thin now. New formula??

I have been using this for many years. This last jar that I purchased seems like the formula has changed. It is very thin and watery, not thick like it used to be. It was much better before. (I have not stored it any differently than in the past.)

Completely Different Formula

New formula. Same packaging, no indication of change, but completely different formula. It's not as thick as the previous formula and has a different smell. They seem to be repackaged their cheaper moisturizer that you can get for half the price into these jars. It's so runny now it would be better suited to a bottle instead of a jar. It should be illegal to change the formula without acknowledging the change. I have bought this 9 times previously, but I won't be buying it anymore. Insane to think people wouldn't notice such an obvious change.
