This is probably the best acid reflux medication that doesn’t require a prescription. The chewable tablets, foam up in your mouth when mixed with your saliva. This then coats your throat and into your esophagus, almost instantly giving you some relief. The foaming of the tablets really helps relieve some of that discomfort and pain within a few minutes of taking them. I highly recommend them. They also taste pretty decent as well (the original flavor)

This works for me if I ate something triggering like spicy or oily foods. I just eat this afterwards and it helps ease my symptoms. Not 100% fix or anything but I think it works better than something like TUMS. I also really like the taste of it.

Good Alternative if You Can't Take in So Much Calcium
Good, chewable antacid for those who have to avoid calcium rich brands (Tums, Pepcide Complete). Works best if you chew with a little room temp water and yes, a slightly foamy feel forms in the mouth before swallowing. However, that is great for relieving heartburn. The magnesium content is low, but a bonus.

Best thing for heartburn
I have severe heartburn / acid reflux issues, so much so that I used to end up at urgent care because nothing gave relief. I was even on a prescription medication to try to help prevent the issue. This is the only medication that can relieve the worst of my issues immediately. I always have it on hand. The taste isn’t great (almost sour like) but is very much bearable.

Finally something that works

Yuck
Not a fan of these chew tabs I should have read the reviews and descriptions I hate chew tabs. And these taste like you are chewing chalk. I will not be buying these again and they didn’t really help with my acid either.
