The NoseFrida nasal aspirator has garnered a mix of enthusiastic praise and some criticism from guests. Many appreciate its effectiveness in clearing nasal congestion in babies, often highlighting its ease of use and superior suction compared to traditional bulb syringes. However, concerns about the product's durability and assembly issues have been noted. Overall, it is seen as a valuable tool for parents dealing with sick children, especially during cold and allergy seasons.

Does not live up to the hype
My newborn’s pediatrician recommended this to me because it’s “heavy duty” and she promised me it would *reeeally* clear my baby’s congestion, but honestly I have found that it’s not any better (literally 0% better) than a regular nasal aspiration bulb, except it’s harder to clean (my aspirator’s tip can come off for easy cleaning) and harder to use. In fact, this did almost nothing for my newborn, and I’d much rather just use nasal mist and an aspirator bulb. It’s an overrated product to be sure.

Defintely worth it!
This thing is the truth!! My baby was recently diagnosed with RSV. He was sounding so congested and I couldn’t find the regular nasal aspirator. I remembered I bought this a few months back when he was sick, but I never used it. This thing allowed me to suction him out so well, he was instantly breathing better and back to playing! I would definitely recommend this nasal aspirator!

We love this! We’ve had four kids and this is a must have every time our kiddos get sick! It works wonders and helped when our 1 month old had RSV.

So helpful especially when putting saline in baby nose first. I regret not adding it to my baby registry. I had to go out and buy it myself when baby was super congested.

Great Way to Get Sick Yourself
This device works great for getting snot out. But sucking air from their infectious airways into your lungs has made us sick every single time we’ve used it. So rather than help get the child better, it just allows you to care for a sick child while also becoming quite sick yourself. I don’t understand how this can be pediatrician approved if this is how it works. The filter is also not a filter against any type of infectious material. It just makes sure huge pieces of snot do not go up into the tube and into your mouth.
