A: Bake them in a smaller pan. They will be thicker and more cake like.

Get compliments on the chewy fudge brownies. Also a question about doubling the recipe for a 9 by 12 pan. Should the temp still be 325 or increase to 350 and how long.

Oily
Came out tasting oil please revise the rest too much oil had I known I would substitute with this part of the oil with butter or about a different brand. The kids still enjoyed them so I’ll give them two stars.but I’ve had much better, brownies.

Well crap
I cannot believe it! It's true. Duncan Hines has screwed up the brownies. Flavorless, no papery top and just blah. Sad sad sad. Why can't anyone with a good thing going just leave things alone??? How about looking back through the files and put the original recipe back in play? Oh, and fire the idiot that came up with the idea to try to go cheap... What a shame. I guess I have to look elsewhere.

Brownies taste terrible!
These are absolutely disgusting! I followed the recipe exact and literally the brownies taste like straight vegetable oil. They arent even edible. I will be throwing out the whole batch. Huge waste of time and money.

New recipe is inedible
whatever change you made to the brownie mix, you ruined it. I have made these for a long time, but the new recipe (more oil, less water, lower temperature) resulted in inedible brownies. I had to throw them out after tasting them. I will be making homemade for now. Disappointing

Duncan Hines, what did you do?!
I have always purchased Duncan Hines brownies because they were the best...were is the keyword here. What have you done to these brownies? Apart from the measurements being different, I feel as though you've lowered the oven temperature. I had to bake my brownies an extra 20 minutes more than what the package said. I feel like the temperature used to be 350⁰ or 375⁰. Do us all a favor and put the old recipe on the box as well! I want my favorite brownies back!

Perfect Brownies
