Ive been using Calm Rasp/lemn for a few years. I drink mine before bed and agree with the name. It does CALM me. I was having 2 drinks a day but my Magnesium level was elevated and once I went back to I drink it balanced. Nice substitute for a hot drink

Grateful for this product.

We've been using natural calm for over 20 years. My wife and I have every night before bed. Always relaxes us. Our kids love it too. It's great for after my workouts to help with soreness. I recommend natural calm to all my clients. Can't praise it enough.

Another great flavor of Calm!

I love this magnesium powder and recommend it often for anyone looking for a natural way to support their well-being! This orange flavor is great, too. I prefer to mix it with room temperature water. I recently bought an electric powder mixer which helps to mix it into room temp (vs. it dissolving into hot). Huge fan!

Amazing
