Do not buy!
Do your self a favor and do not buy this! Truly one of the worst conditioners I have ever tried. Makes your hair so dry and tangled. It took me 15 mins to brush my hair after showering to get all the knots out.

Best I've Had
Ive been using this conditioner for 4 years now. It’s been the best conditioner I’ve ever had for my extremely long and wavy hair. It brings out my waves and doesn’t weigh them down or give them a weird film (which has always been an issue since my hair itself has very thin strands). Used to use the wavy hair shampoo in addition but realized I don’t like the combo for myself, so I used Shea Moisture for my shampoo and this for my conditioner and my hair has never felt healthier!

I was so excited to use this product (paired with the shampoo), and after the first use I liked it a lot, it smelled good, it was affordable, and my hair felt nice at the ends. HOWEVER after about 3 washes I started experiencing itching/redness/inflammation/pain all over my scalp. My head is constantly irritated and my scalp had become so inflamed it was weeping!! In addition to the irritation, my hair has been falling out like crazy. I have NEVER experienced hair loss- especially not to this degree, and so much of my hair has fallen out because of this product. My hair was nice and thick before and I was really hopeful that this product would enhance the natural wave in my hair, and instead it created damage to my hair and scalp which will take a lot of time to heal. Unfortunately, this product is a huge waste of money :( I have since switched shampoos but the damage is pretty significant and long lasting. I do not recommend this product.

Fair enough for the price
Price is reasonable for such a basic product. One of the first ingredients is alcohol so I don’t know how I feel about that. Moisturized my hair well enough but I don’t think it’s overly promising for the dry, cold Colorado climate. I’ll give it a use of the whole bottle but probably won’t repurchase.

Thought I was buying something with safe ingredients for the family and by the 5-6th month my hair started falling off. At first I thought it was because I have dyed hair but my 12 and 10 year old daughters also were experiencing the same thing. Please get this off the shelves.

Same as the shampoo, this is cheap drugstore quality, you can do much more with a different brand for the same money! This conditioner was not at all moisturizing, my hair was so dry and puffy, tangled and unhappy. The fragrance is super strong, too, not for migrainey people.

Glad I took a chance!
I was skeptical reading a lot of these reviews concerning hair loss and strong fragrant smell of the products but decided to take a chance! I have been using this shampoo and conditioner for a few weeks now and I have not experienced any hair loss and the scent of the products smell great and not too strong. I honestly love when I have to wash my hair now! I added the Curl Definition and Anti-Frizz boosts and I feel like I’m starting to see the benefits. I also have been using the anti-gravity curl mousse. My only complaint is that the price adds up with all of the boosters.
