    Large pill but not a huge problem

The smell was very strong of minerals and almost chalk? the color was also super vibrant orange. The taste was not great, but I did like that you only have to take 1x a day. The pill was big and hard to swallow. I like the design and idea of the natural supplements to the vitamins but at the same time it is not a large brand and not super reputable. I didn’t have adverse effects but also didn’t notice any crazy benefits. All in all just the same.

    Great multivitamin for women over a certain age!

It’s super gentle on my stomach unlike other supplements I’ve taken. I can even take it without food with zero discomfort. I love that it’s specifically formulated for 55+ and focuses on absorption that makes me feel confident my body is getting the nutrients I need. The ingredients supports energy and bone health and I’ve definitely noticed a boost in my energy levels since I’ve started using it! Highly recommended!!

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can’t say for sure that it’s making a difference compared to already eating healthy and having been taking vitamins, but first I want to note how large these are! I would say they’re a similar size to antibiotic pills and that made it a little harder to swallow. There isn’t a bad taste or smell which is great, but having to swallow it is harder. These are 55+ which may be harder for someone who’s a little older, I think a smaller tablet would be better.

It is very comprehensive and you only need to take one per day. There was no taste or after taste which is good. I liked that it came in a glass jar (less plastic for me) too. It was a bit big in size which overall was manageable. I recommend!

    Great vitamin for me.

The tablets are packaged in good quality amber colored bottle which is important to keep them protected from light. The tablet is a bit large in size and can be a bit hard to swallow if you are not used to taking large tablets but if taken with water that should ease the process. Tablet feels smooth to touch and I also like the pop of red color coat on them. Overall seems like a good product made with quality natural ingredients.

    Best multivitamin for women 55+

    I am a 70 yr old woman and take Womens multi for 55+, Bone strength, Wholemega fish oil and Zyflamend. At this point, I have been using New Chapter vitamins and supplents for 5+ years. I have arthritis in my feet and Zyflamend most definitely helps me deal with it. I walk 3+ miles a day and am still working full time. In my experience, it takes at least 2 months to get these vitamins and supplements into your system once you begin taking them. I also recommend getting regular visits to a good acupuncturist and meditating 30 minutes per day. Working for me so far!
