Very disappointing eyeliner. I'm only giving it one star because it's easy to apply, but that's where the positives end. It smudges constantly—I clean it up, and within minutes it's smeared again. Because of this, it doesn't last at all throughout the day (not even a couple of hours). Definitely not worth the money. Skip this one.

I've tried this twice and while the application is amazing it smudges on my eyelids non stop. I am constantly needing to wipe my eyelids off throughout the day which is embarrassing when in a work setting. Ive tried setting my entire eyelid in powder thinking maybe its to oily but nothing seems to help. I have slightly hooded eyes but have never experienced this with any other eyeliner.

Holy moly this eyeliner sucks! I'm not sure why the ulta employee even recommended it. It goes on okay at first but after a few uses it's just not there! It becomes a little watery on application, forcing you to go over the line again and again, and it doesnt last! Everytime i wear it, guaranteed smudge. Definitely not worth the price. I purchased both the micro tip and the dual tip eyeliners. The original tip on the duo pen is nice, but like i said: it won't last on your night out. And yes she recommended adding setting SPRAY after application but that did nothing lol this eyeliner sucks, save your money.

This has been my go-to eyeliner for the last 4-5 years. I love how smoothly it goes on and it stays put all day. Highly recommend to anyone..

Look I been doing eyeliner for a long time 16+ years….. I just finished doing the perfect winged liner. Once it dried, I went in to curl my lashes. It litteraly smudged the eyeliner off. I was very careful as normal. It didnt even scrape the eyelash curler the curler barley touched it and it lifted half the eyeliner off…. Ive never had that experince with a waterproof eyeliner. The applicator tip was smooth but the product inside was watery and not water proof or smudge proof. All the OGs know to stick with the wet n wild waterproof eyeliner. I just thought id be fancy an order an on brand liner, since I was already making a big ulta haul….. I even had my urban decay eyelid primer and it still smudged. Smh. Worst eyeliner I ever used tbh… thankfully I was wearing eyelashes that night, so I just put mascara and threw the lashes on…. But if I wasnt wearing lashes the whole look would of been ruined.

I love the easy-to-use fine tip. The dark blue is perfect and doesn't run.

Not sure what happened to my review. This eyeliner is way too expensive to dry out as easily as it does. Within a couple days of daily use, the eyeliner stops working. Read the other one star reviews. I think people are leaving 5 star reviews because they used it once and it worked great, which is true. The first couple uses; it goes on beautifully. But it quickly stops dispensing the liquid. Save your money and just don't buy this because it's gonna make you believe you got a bad batch and keep repurchasing only for it to dry out again and again.

I tried this when it was offered in 21 days beauty deals. WOW! Can't even remember what I used prior to that because it doesn't matter.

I got this during the 21 days of beauty event on a whim (I needed a new eyeliner and it was on sale). I highly recommend this eyeliner after using it for the past couple of days. Easy to use, apply and creates thin or thick lines.

I love this liner! I've used this for years & it never lets me down. Stays all day until i take it off. I learned years ago to apply liner by playing connect the dots - i make 3-4 dots of liner along my upper lash line then go back & connect them & i always get a great line that way with this liner!!

So so good. Looks expensive too

Dried up really quick

I wear eye creams and lotions and therefore it's hard to apply eyeliner except for this one. I've tried all kinds of eyeliner and this is the only one that never smudges, and truly does last all day. Even with my heavy eyelids, I can apply this eyeliner either thick or thin.

I loved the pigement of this the first use. The second use it wasnt as dark. Every use it has rubbed off on the upper part of my eyelid. I was recommended this by an ulta employee when i said i wanted a liner for dramatic wings. I went back to ask another employee for a new recommendation and they suggested this same one. Im very disappointed in this liner.

I've tried several liquid eye liners and this is one that I keep going back to. I wear contact lenses and find that some eyeliners do irritate my eyes. This is not one of them. In fact, it's fairly easy to use and stays put all day. I don't think I've ever had to reapply. Love it!

This was not the product for me. My eyes are not dry enough for the liner to adhere to my lash line.

I love their formula and its vibrancy but HATE and I mean HATE their felt tip/applicator. My first one I thought was a defective one. After 3 days of having it, it dried out. The second one was after a week. I never left the cap off, the felt tip is terrible. They need to change to a different felt or a brush tip. SERIOUSLY, they really need to do something about it because their color selection and pigmentation is great but what gets them low ratings is the felt tip that is horrendous.

This is way too expensive to dry out as fast as it does. I'm starting to question if there's any decent pen eyeliners out there because after a week of use, they just stop working.

Ive tried almost every single liquid liner on the market from low end to high end and nothing beats my stila waterproof liner. I hope they never discontinue this because I will crumble. I cannot live without this liner.
