Best Eyelash Primer EVER!!
My previous luck with eyelash primers has been hit and miss until now. This primer is absolutely amazing and by far the BEST primer I have ever used! It makes your lashes look like they are false eyelashes. It is a perfect base for the tarte tubing mascara. I love, love, love this primer and wish I had tried this sooner!
