I've tried so many different liquid eyeliners and this is the only one I keep coming back to. The tip is like a brush, not felt, so it may take some getting used to. However, it is budge-proof for hours. It's also the only pen style liner I have successfully done a winged eye with. It doesn't seem to dry out until it's almost empty, while felt tip liners I have used get dry before the application is even done. You can go over your line to correct, while with felt tips it just seems to take off the product already on your eye. I can wear this through a 7 hour workday without any smudging or flaking. Make sure to give it a few seconds dry time after you apply though.

I bought this eyeliner back in November, and the brush is somehow dry already? There’s still liquid in the pen and I LOVED it when I first bought it but the brush is dried out now which makes it so difficult to apply.

I am so bummed that they stopped making any other colors. The pencils are pretty good, but it's not the same. Even just a navy option would be good.

Have literally gone swimming in this liner and it does not budge!!! Percise tip and very dark black. Love it!

I have a brand new one and some of the tip “hairs” ate already spread out. Not smooth.

Everyone has their preferred eyeliner tip, especially when it comes to liquid liner. This Urban Decay Perversion eyeliner is my gold standard. Anytime I have to use an alternative, I'm annoyed and just wish I had this one. This is a liquid eyeliner, so it doesn't dry immediately. Usually within 5 seconds, it's dry. This also means when my hands are shaky because I'm focusing too hard and apparently causes my brain to malfuntion, I can quickly wipe it off and try again. I prefer a cat eye wing liner look, so I love that this isn't a felt tip liner. It allows me to create a super sharp wing tip. However, this does mean that you need to watch putting the lid back on. This isn't difficult, but in a rush, it could be easy to accidentally split the brush tip. This eyeliner lasts longer than the money in my bank account. I can put it on in the morning, apply no setting spray (because half the time I forget I even own setting spray), wear it all day, go to bed (without washing my face of course, because sometimes you just can't even imagine taking the time to do a full nighttime skincare routine), and when I wake up in the morning, my eyeliner is the only thing still perfectly in place. This creates a GORGEOUS "my life is clearly a mess and my skin is begging for a wash but at least I have eyeliner" look. I love this eyeliner, I swear by it, and if you're looking for liquid eyeliner, you might totally love it too!

I've used this pen for years and they must have changed how its made, because it went from being a 5-star must have item to being a 1-star "what on earth" waste of money. Something is wrong with the capillary action in the pen, so its not that it dries out immediately, but the liquid stops reaching the brush after about 2 weeks. What's frustrating is you can hear the liquid in the pen, you can see the liquid bubble out the side of the pen, but the brush tip remains completely dry. I store the pen upside down and treat it like a precious baby, but still the last 3 I bought were complete trash. Real bummer because this used to be a great product and I do love the brush tip, but its expensively pointless when the eyeliner just leaks out the sides.

Honestly ive been buying this product for yearssss!!!! Its sooooo good! Cant find anything thats better. I dont know hkw there are so many bad reviews. Might be new makeup artists starting out and dont know how to use it. Because for 10 years i havent had one conplaint about this liner.

Actually returning this because I am not happy with it. Does not go on smooth at all.

My only critique is that it could be a tad darker and more "waterproof." It works great, but when I do an inner eye mark to complete the look, it doesn't last all day, especially if I accidentally rub my eyes for a split second. Otherwise I like the way it feels, and it's pretty dark. If I'm being honest, this is by far the best eyeliner I've purchased. I did have one or two of the brush tip applicator hairs bend but I just cut them off. I think the brush applicator is the best solution for eyeliners, became you can get that great range of fine to thick for filling in. I don't usually use makeup but as an artist the tip made it easier for me to do eyeliner. I would probably buy this again and recommend to others.

Started out loving it and then the brush started not seating in the cap well. This caused bristles to stick out and smear all over the place. I'll stick with L'Oreal infallible with the felt pen tip

I was initially happy with this product, however the tip became separated. Part of the brush tip is now bent at an angle. This has never happened to me with other brands. Otherwise everything else is good.

I don't get much room to comment how much I love this product. I only use pencil eyeliner from urban decay because liquid was gone too quick and applied like crap. THIS ONE IS AMAZING AND PERFECT I am in love.

I get maybe one eye done before the tip dries out and I have to cap it and wait for the ink to replinish. Looks amazing while on, but a pain to get it there.

I like the Urban Decay Perversion products. This stays on well. I would recommend!
