Master the perfect cat eye with the Perversion Fine-Point Eye Pen in four easy steps:
Start by drawing the tail end—align with the lower lash line and extend outwards and upwards.
Draw a straight line extending from the center of the top lash line and draw out until it meets the tail line (this is the outline of your cat eye).
Continue from the center of the upper lash line to the inner corner of the eye.
Fill in the entire area between the top and tail line to complete the look (meow!).

Pretty good, with some flaws.
My only critique is that it could be a tad darker and more "waterproof." It works great, but when I do an inner eye mark to complete the look, it doesn't last all day, especially if I accidentally rub my eyes for a split second. Otherwise I like the way it feels, and it's pretty dark. If I'm being honest, this is by far the best eyeliner I've purchased. I did have one or two of the brush tip applicator hairs bend but I just cut them off. I think the brush applicator is the best solution for eyeliners, became you can get that great range of fine to thick for filling in. I don't usually use makeup but as an artist the tip made it easier for me to do eyeliner. I would probably buy this again and recommend to others.

Oh well...
Started out loving it and then the brush started not seating in the cap well. This caused bristles to stick out and smear all over the place. I'll stick with L'Oreal infallible with the felt pen tip

Tip of brush became bent.
I was initially happy with this product, however the tip became separated. Part of the brush tip is now bent at an angle. This has never happened to me with other brands. Otherwise everything else is good.

I love and I mean F— LOVE THIS
I don't get much room to comment how much I love this product. I only use pencil eyeliner from urban decay because liquid was gone too quick and applied like crap. THIS ONE IS AMAZING AND PERFECT I am in love.

I get maybe one eye done before the tip dries out and I have to cap it and wait for the ink to replinish. Looks amazing while on, but a pain to get it there.

Although it is supposed to be waterproof, it runs when applying on the end of the eyelid. I had not had this problem with other brands

Nice eyeliner
My second-favorite eyeliner. This is my go-to when I'm in a hurry or need something that will last all day. It does sometimes start to vanish as I have very oily skin, but overall it mostly stays put and even when it fades, it never leaves raccoon eyes. Very convenient pen application for travel and touch-ups. It dries a bit tight but isn't bothersome and doesn't flake into the eyes like some other brands. It's a true black but isn't overly harsh.

Like the liner, hate the applicator tip
This works great, but I really don't like the brush tip. It's individual hairs, instead of like a marker tip. When you put the cap on, it catches some of the hairs, and smashes them to a permanent deformed mess. They will never go back to being one uniform tip. The eyeliner itself does work great. Dries nicely, no smudge or transfer.

Best name brand liquid eyeliner IMO!
I've tried every liquid eyeliner in the planet and IMO this is the best "Name brand" liner. The brush tip gives you a flawless wing with its precision. The black dries down to a perfect matte. It is waterproof and applies effortlessly over eyeshadow.

Loved at first
This was the best eye liner I had ever used for a few weeks. Then after awhile the liner would leave a smuge on the top of my eyelid. Applying a Setting spray or primer does not make a difference. If you use an eye lash curler after, the curler takes off the liner. The color is dark and its easy to apply but I am very sad that it transfers to places I do not want it to. The tip of the pen also gets caught in the lid.

Holy grail!
This is my HOLY GRAIL! I first tried it 13-15 years ago and still use it til this day. The formula is perfect for my sensitive eyes and is truly waterproof. I've tried other liners but always make my way back to this one.

Literally the best eyeliner I've ever used. Doesn't flake or smudge. I can wear it for hours and it still looks fresh and matte. Easy to apply as well, only thing is the tip needs to be tapped a couple times on a piece of toilet paper because it gets a little dry.

I've used many eyeliners from top brands, KVD and even drug store brands but this 1 is my favorite. I just wish they sold it in store again.
