STAY FAR AWAY!!

I started by taking one pill a day (recommended daily dose is 4) and a week later I broke out in hives all over my body. I almost had to go to the ER and now have to take Benadryl for a week to get this out of my system and if I don’t I break out in hives again. STAY FAR AWAY. And ask a doctor before taking.

Not the worst, not the best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a lot of digestive issues so I was looking forward to this product. The plus side is it didn’t mess up my already difficult GI, but it also didn’t seem to help much either. It may be one of those things where you don’t notice how much it’s helped until you’re off of it so we’ll see. The biggest downside and why I probably won’t get more is you have to take (4) capsules daily! I understand that they have to give you a large enough dose to make a difference but I think this product would be better in a powder form that could be added to a smoothie or something. It also means there’s only 15 servings per bottle and that means two bottles for one month, which is pretty pricey in my opinion.

Great vitamins

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think they worked pretty well and did what they were supposed to do but the directions say to take more than one at a time and the flavor is pretty bad. I would take these with so much water and the flavor just powers through. It’ll also taste funky when you burp afterwards. Not horrible though. Similar to when I would take ashwaganda.

On the days that I was experiencing bloat I would take them and they seemed to help out by reducing my discomfort. I enjoyed that these were probiotic free and they did not have to be refrigerated to keep fresh!

I think the supply only lasted about 2 weeks or so, and you take 2 each day. As far as I could tell I did not really notice any difference. That's why I think maybe I didn't take it long enough? But I didn't get sick from it so I'll give it a 3 because maybe it did improve my gut a bit the time I did take it?
