    Started using it it irritates my scalp

    This might be good if you didn't have all the sulfates in it it irritates my scalp and makes it itchy didn't have a problem with irritation and itching before I start using this product what a waste of money

    Made my dry scalp worse

    This shampoo lathers well and smells nice. I have dark, thick hair and this product makes my hair feel clean. However, it caused SO much flakiness. I’ve had problems with a dry scalp in the past due to eczema and cold weather, but I’ve noticed that since I started using this shampoo, it has become MUCH worse.

    Does not provide what was as advertised

    Both the Hyaluron Plump Hydrating Shampoo and Hyaluron Plump Hydrating Conditioner do not do what they advertise. I used this product 1x and immediately found my hair to be dry- straw like, The ends of my hair knotted. The aroma is horrible- chemical perfume smell which was so strong everytime I turned my head this is all I could smell. It is so strong it impacted taste. Anything that I ate tasted like the smell of perfume. I would like a refund

    Horrible Product

    Been using this shampoo for weeks and my hair started falling off. Massive amount of hair balls would come out everyday. Do not buy!!!!!

    I love this shampoo!!!! I was a hair dresser for 20 years and have still used professional products. I am 73 and decided I didn’t need to spend that much money on my hair products anymore. With much research I found L’Oreal to be my top pick so I tried it I and ….. I love it. Much better than the professional products I had been using. Try it …… you will like it.

    Hair loss

    I loved this shampoo and conditioner. It made my hair so soft and manageable. I thought I found “the one”. I was RAVING about it. After about 2 weeks of use, my hair started massively falling out. When I started to notice it, I discontinued using. My hair fall has stopped since discontinuing.

    wonderful and affordable

    love this shampoo and conditioner, I have very fine hair and somewhat oily,so I have to shampoo and condition my hair every day, I was using pureology shampoo and conditioner, and it was costing me a small fortune, so when i realized loreal owns pureology, I decided to try this, and I am so glad I did!!! While they are not the same, I get the same results. I have also tried to find another shampoo to use, just so I could have a couple of different brands to swap up, but nothing seems to work, and my hair hates them, so I usually just give it away, and stick with the hyaluron plump by loreal. Please never discontinue this product!!!
