    decent shampoo

    i actually like this shampoo, i’ve had it for a while but i never tried it until now. i have slightly wavy hair that gets frizzy sometimes. it lathers really nicely and my hair feels clean and i personally like the scent a lot! i think it’s worth trying if you’re looking for a new shampoo.

    Defected pump

    I haven’t tried the shampoo yet but the same problem exist with the pump. It is stuck and you can’t get it pop up so you can pump the shampoo out of the container. So, I can still use it by unscrewing the top, but what is the point in it coming in this type of container. I would rather have the same type of container as body was where you pop the top open and pour it out through the small hole.

    Love love love this shampoo & conditioner, the product itself 10/10. But you guys NEED to get packaging that mirrors the quality of the product. 9 times out of 10 when I buy a new bottle of your shampoo or conditioner, the pump won’t pop up no matter which way you turn it. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve almost stopped using this product simply because of how often this occurs.

    My favorite scent

    Best. Scent. Ever. I am extremely picky about which scents I use and this one happens to be my favorite! Love that it comes in both hair products and body wash. This shampoo leaves my hair feeling clean every time and I feel the difference in my hair texture before and after a first watch—coming from someone who double shampoos every shower. Does not leave my hair feeling greasy and I can go a few days before needing a wash.

I have 4c hair and use a lot of product in it during the week, this shampoo unfortunately didn’t feel cleansing enough for my hair, and I needed a couple washes for it to feel clean.     I bought this shampoo once, changed shampoos, and had to come back to it. When I use it, I feel like it actually cleans. It leaves my hair less oily (I struggle with this) than with other shampoos. I do have to use a good number of pumps, but it works really well for me. The scent is not overpowering, but light. My only complaint is I have struggled to get the pump out upon initial purchase. I’ve really had to man-handle it. It should be easier.
