Smells horrible, stains everything with the green/blue dye and does not work. Very drying on the hair. Does not do a thing it describes - horrible product!

Hands down the best shampoo for SD. I’ve tried different prescription shampoos and none has been as effective as this shampoo. I haven’t had a flare up since using this shampoo.

I was looking for an affordable alternative to Nizoral for my Dandruff (I'll never cheap out again) and decided to buy this. The color alone is offputting. As soon as I poured some into my hand I thought I bought some green acrillic paint. Then came the smell. I literally gagged. It reeks like sewage water and rotting food. I don't understand how they can sell this. Despite that, I decided to apply it in hopes that the smell would go away somehow. I was dead wrong. I could only stand it for about 30 seconds of applying before feeling like I needed to wash it out of my hair. The stench lingers in your hair after drying and will stick to your towel. I had to thoroughly wash my hands after I showered to just to get the smell off my hands! I could even smell it in my bathroom afterwards. Additionally, from what I'm reading in other reviews it can also stain fingernails and jewelry. Does it work for Dandruff? Sure. But there are most definitely better smelling and probably more nourishing shampoos out there for a few more dollars.

This is the only medicated dandruff shampoo that has worked in aleiviating dandruff on my scalp, not to mention it's much cheaper than other brands, I would highly recommend this dandruff shampoo

I have seborrheic dermatitis and can vouch that this shampoo works! Just a few uses a week (around 2-3 days) and it heals it.

Worked well definitely notice improvement for my dandruff. The smell and color doesn't bother me like some of the other reviews it's not overpowering and did not stain anything for me. My hair oil after helped with any smell I guess I don't notice it. My hair is definitely soft (I did condition after). My hair is very fine and thick for reference. Would purchase again.

I normally use Nizoral in winter but didn’t want to spend. This smells bad, drys my hair, and makes my scalp really itch. I tried 3 times to be sure. Just doesn’t work for me.

I use this shampoo mainly to help promote my hair growth. Good price. I was taken back by the color. Didn’t expect it to be green. The smell is horrible. Very strong and it lingers for a long time. I haven’t felt any cooking sensation when using it. I did notice while lathering on my head, my hair felt dry and kind of hard to run my finger through. Also, please be careful when using. I had on silver jewelry and it tarnished both my necklace and ring. So I would suggest moving all jewelry before using this product.

I got this for our family to try since a lot of us struggle with this. I imagined it would give a refreshing feel to a not so fun shampoo to use. It really wasn't that bad but I do not recommend for little kids. It's not geared towards kids but also not a lot out there for little ones with this. I will finish the bottle but I probably won't buy again.

I got this in hopes to better help with my scalp health and dandruff. After a weeks of use, it seems to be doing its job. Even after my first shampooing, I didn't have dandruff. There is a bit of smell to get used to though.

There are a few people in my family that struggle with dandruff in my family, so when I was offered to try this shampoo I was excited. It has a nice price point and leaves our hair feeling nice, not dry or oily. It has that nice tingling feeling like the more expensive brands. I would definitely buy it for our family.

A good option for those that use the national brand in the blue bottle (not the one named after body parts) at a good price. This comes in a 12 ounce bottle, compared to the 11 ounces in the national brand. The consistency is a bit thicker and a darker color but has the same active ingredient.

When I first got this I was pretty dang excited. Out of the bottle, it smelled pleasant. However, as I worked it into a lather, that horrible smell of sulphur burned its way into my olfactory sense. It smelled like a horribly overcooked egg.. It seems to be helping with flakes, but I don't know if I have the strength to continue using it.

I like the formula, my hair feels clean but not stripped, and I like the scent. But what is the purpose of the dye? It’s dark green and it stains my nails every time I use the product. This is enough to make me not want to buy it again.

I was very excited to try this shampoo as I do suffer from dandruff and dry scalp. This medicated shampoo really works. It is made from 1% selenium sulfide which is a prescription strength. It feels very nice on the scalp with a little bit of a cool sensation. It has a nice cool scent. It does the job that it was meant to do. The only drawback (I have colored hair) is that you just must use conditioner or it will leave your hair feeling a little rough. This happens with other leading dandruff shampoos as well not just this one so I just lather with a good conditioner afterwards. This honestly really works with the fraction of a price as the major leading brands.
