Uses

Directions

Twist off cap and remove foll seal. Adults and children 4 years and older: Apply generously to affected areas 2 to 3 times daily, or more often if necessary. Massage thoroughly into the skin. If appropriate, mild compression or occlusive bandaging may be applied. For children under 4, consult your health professional.

It really works!

This has helped me tremendously in recovering from a knee and back injury from falling off a ladder. Helps with pain and speeds healing. I was worried I would have to have a knee replacement, but the swelling and stiffness is gone and my knee is almost back to normal.

Relief for aching thumbs!

I have increasing arthritis in my thumb joints, with swelling and acute sensitivity to bumping or taps. I’ve tried a number of things to at least decrease the sensitivity—I’m afraid the swelling is here to stay. I tried an expensive CBD cream, with no noticeable change. I’d bought the T-Relief Arnica +12 cream for my knees and decided to try it on my thumbs. Amazing! Within an hour or so, the stiffness was decreased and if I continue to apply it throughout the day, the sensitivity is lessened as well. Not a “miracle”, for sure, but a huge help.
