[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Magnesium is great for your health and brain function. The serving size for the Nordic Naturals is 3 capsules. They are large so I like to take 1 in the morning and 2 before bedtime. I feel like its easier for me to fall asleep when these are taken before bed. Less restless thoughts and easier to relax. They don't have a bad taste and are easy to swallow even though they are on the large side. I didn't have any stomach upset when taken without food. I'd recommend these if you want to up your Magnesium intake.

I think it has improved how often I have my chronic migraines flare up. I would highly recommend this supplement to anyone of my family and friends. It doesn't have any taste. It is recommended to take around three, but I would usually take two. You can take this when you eat breakfast. After about three days and noticed a difference in my body, I feel super energized. I’m ready to tackle anything that is handed my way. I like the bottle as it is easy to open and the packaging is really nice, having all the information on the label. I can’t wait until I run out, so I can try more out!
