    Vitamin B12

    I’ve been taking one a day since 2018 but it was recommended by my doctor! I would NEVER recommend to someone else because it’s different for every person and I think medical doctors are the ones who should recommend!

    Easy to take

I highly recommend it and I have not had any side effects at all. 1000mg last a while plus you get like a 3 or 4 months supply. I don't have to go out but once every so many months to get a new bottle.

These Softgels are much better than I expected. They are a great essential supplement for my active lifestyle. They are small Softgels that are easy to swallow. I usually just take it in mornings with my breakfast and a glass of water. One is all I take for the day. I love the easy open flip top bottle.

    Extra boost of energy

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After about a week and a half of taking these vitamins I noticed to have more energy and not needing that extra cup of coffee around 4pm to make it through the rest of the night. This is a healthier alternative than drinking so much caffeine or turning to sweets for a boost of energy. I will keep using these for the energy benefits.
