The shampoo has a nice, clean scent and lathers really well, which makes my hair feel fresh and clean. It does seem to help with reducing breakage and leaves my hair feeling stronger. The downside for me is that it can be a little heavy if I use too much—it weighs my hair down slightly, especially on non-wash days. But for damaged or dry hair, it's definitely a good option.
