Least favorite brownie mix option
I was so excited to try these and was so disappointed in the flavor. The instructions say to use oil or butter and I used butter, which I wouldn’t do again. Too buttery. Not chocolatey enough

Directions need adjustment
I am rating this mix a 3, as the mix seems to be " work in progress". I bought 6 of these, as I love blondies! First try - followed the directions exactly, the middle was way underdone at the time limit, but the outsides were perfect. Second try - again, followed the directions exactly, with the same result...the middles are not done, the edges are. The cooked edges taste great! I think the 1/2 cup of butter seems excessive...the parchment in the pan is greasy, as is the bottom of the brownies. My next try will be with less butter. However, these are really too costly to be experimenting with!

Bake time can vary a bit with different ovens so this may help a lot with the texture. We hope you continue to enjoy the blondies!

Good. Need more chew.
Decent for a mix. The one glaring issue is they lack chew. It may be the addition of potato starch in place of all wheat flour. If I ever use this mix again, I will work the batter A LOT more to try to develop some gluten structure.

I made these and my little family went wild they came out the oven perfect just like a brownie is supposed to be slightly flaky on top and sorta soft in the middle the taste is phenomenal found a new favorite with these.

Another Home Run From Bob

I hyped the event up with my son. Not only were they delicious, but we made fun family memories in the process. Texture and flavor were both no less than what I would have expected.

Definitely need the egg but also threw a touch of coconut oil in our mix (always a little vanilla and cinnamon too) - turned out splendid. Top with dark chocolate and almond butter!! So good

They were easy to make gooey & moist but I think you could make them less gooey fairly easily if that's your preference. I prefer them more on the gooey side. The only negative is they are hard to stop eating! Seriously, SO good!
