I’ve used method products before, but they were always cleaning products so I’m shocked that they have personal care products too! It’s gentle, but still effective at cleansing between full hair wash days!

I use hair products in his hair often to define his curls and using this co-wash has really helped with making sure his hair gets a good wash. It smells really good and also makes his hair look very nice and feels soft. It defines curls which is a plus and it doesn't leave his hair feeling dry.

If you're allergic to nuts or avocado then I would steer from this. I am allergic to avocado so I had to use it on my mannequin's hair and it actually turned out nice. Made the hair shaft very soft and bonus for smelling good.
