Horrible taste
Works well. Not groggy the next day. HOWEVER, the taste is hideous to say the least.

Sleep quick melts are the best
I love the quick melting of the strip. I have slept great. The time it takes to make you drowsy 15 min. Asleep in 20 minutes.

It helped me fall asleep fast, I slept heavily during that time, but I haven’t been able to stay asleep. The taste is not fantastic either.

Amazing. The taste is horrible & it literally makes me gag. But within 15 minutes I'm asleep. My husband with insomnia issues & on 2 different sleeping meds & still has issues Falling asleep takes one & he is out. I've already ordered more. I actually asleep more than 5 hours a night now & i don't wake up groggy or tired. Only side effect is i have crazy dreams when i take it, but i think that's the melatonin in it bc when i take melatonin i gave horrible dreams.

High expectation
It took about 45 minutes to kick in and make me a little sleepy. I only slept for about 3 1/2 hrs and was back up. When it dissolves, I got a bitter taste in my mouth, that's was ok. Packaging was nice. I did taste the Cranberry flavor.

Sleepy time
I have tried a lot of different products and this one works the best for me. I like the fact that it is a strip the melts on the tongue for faster absorption, taste is great and it doesn't make me feel weird. With other products, I have had is groggy feeling in the am and I don't with this at all! Love this

I had no hope for this. I have had insomnia my entire life. I was grasping at straws trying the melts and to my surprise , I got sleepy and went to sleep before midnight instead of at 5 am. A little bitter but not really a problem. Will continue to buy

An instant staple
I've always had trouble falling asleep, until I tried these! Just one strip helps my whole body relax and ease into sleep in less than an hour. Plus they taste good! LOVE!!

One star is being kind. This tasted so horrible. I couldn’t take it back out because it was stuck to the roof of my mouth and I tasted it randomly after I took several drinks to get the taste away. Have a full box still in my side table and refused to use them. Would not recommend..

It will dissolve quickly on your tongue, but even if it does press to the roof of your mouth (more likely if you’re a little dehydrated) it will only be for a few moments. Additionally, we don't use chemicals to mask or cover up any tastes or smells that naturally come from our formulas so some can be a bit more potent. I was very excited to give these a try as sleep is a constant battle for me! I have been a long time user and fan of the Sleeping Beauty supplement from Love Wellness, but the magnesium it contains is now giving me a lot of GI discomfort, and is not as effective as it once was. The day I received the strips, I went to bed and woke up 2-3 hours later and had trouble falling back asleep. Therefore, it was the perfect opportunity to give these a try. I fell asleep maybe 30 minutes after the strip dissolved and slept undisturbed for the remainder of the night! So far, every time I have used one, my sleep quality and duration has increased which is great! The only downside is that I have noticed that I have a bit of a sleep hangover after their use which is a bit of a bummer since I have a hard time waking up as it is. However, this is a small price to pay for how effective they are and I am hoping this will subside. The cranberry flavor is very nice and doesn’t have the slight medicinal taste that the other berry flavored strips have. The packaging is great as the tin is nice and slim and each strip is individually wrapped. I am very happy with this product and highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I began to take these as of two weeks ago. I found them on a TikTok shop, but I love them. I have problems, falling asleep due to major pain in my shoulder and my knees or a severe arthritis. Throw up my body. There’s certain things I can take as far as medication is concerning and I get tired of taking narcotics so these do wonders and they help me so much. I’m asleep in 30 minutes. Don’t have to fight it or anything thank you. I highly recommend it.

Helpful for getting to sleep, not sleep duration
As someone who has had sleep issues since my 20’s and now in my 50’s with menopause, it’s even more difficult for me to initially fall asleep and have a lasting duration of sleep. I’ve used SLEEP Quick Melt Strips about 10 times in the last month and have found that they help with initially getting to sleep. The strips are individually wrapped and stored in a small tin. The strips are thin and melt on the tongue in less than a minute and taste great even after I’ve brushed my teeth! While they do help with getting to sleep, I’ve found that they only have a small effect on maintaining a longer sleep duration. Normally I tend to wake up 3 hours after getting sleep then fall back asleep. After using the strips, it extended the duration by an hour sometimes, but I found that I was able to fall back asleep faster.
