Not soft/conditioning at all
I have used Mielle hair masks in the past so I decided to purchase this Rosemary conditioner. First pump came out all clear liquid, then the second, then the third......Very strange. I looked at the bottle, there were no instructions that I needed to shake this product before use. I shook the bottle. Very liquidy. Too loose for a conditioner. After I shook it, it did seem to come together. I applied it to my hair. Did not go on smooth at all. Was very hard to detangle my hair with my shower comb. Left on for 5 minutes. After rinsing my hair felt as though it had never been conditioned. Almost squeaky. I could hardly detangle it before styling my hair. I would definitely NOT recommend this product. I guess I will try to finish it up by using it as a shaving cream on my legs.

Strong perfume smell
I couldn't tolerate the strong smell. It doesn't smell like natural rosemary, and it sticks around. Unfortunately, it also stripped my hair and made it rough and frizzy.

The Mielle Rosemary Mint Conditioner leaves my hair feeling so soft, hydrated, and super easy to detangle right after rinsing. The texture is rich and creamy, and it gives my hair that smooth “silky” feeling without making it heavy or greasy. The rosemary mint scent is AMAZING — it smells fresh, clean, and spa-like, and it makes wash day feel like self-care. Hair breakage stopped.
After Covid and other health problems my fine thin hair was breaking off. I started Mielle shampoo and conditioner. The breakage stopped immediately. My stylist was totally amazed. Thank you for this product.

Don't get if you don't want to go bald
I bought it around a month ago. My hair has never fallen out this much before. In clumps before, during and all the time after my shower I am losing SO MUCH HAIR. Sadly just bought full sized bottles so I wasted money for my hair to fall out rapidly. I recommend against using it...

HYDRATING!
Very hydrating! I know i did reviews on the shampoo and oil, but of course I cant forget the last product to complete my routine. Idk what made me choose this product line while I was shopping for more hair shampoo but thank goodness I stuck with my gut feeling and grabbed them anyway. It's been a full week of using this product line and only now I actually looked into it and read reviews about this line as well. I am very very pleased with my purchase! I love it so much I don't leave it in the shower no more I hide it in my room lol :p

SUCH A GREAT PRODUCT
Love this prodcut as well! Not only does the oil do wonders this one and the condition is also amazing. Love the smell and love how the texture of my hair went from dry and stiff to soft and smooth within a week of using. Not even salon products done wonders like this one has to my hair and scalp :)

The truth always comes out in the wash
I was happy at first, but after a few months, my hair became brittle and I started noticing new breakage. Unfortunately, my hair just can't tolerate this shampoo and conditioner. I'm going back to my original, more expensive brand that worked wonders. I had hoped to save a bit on hair care, but I’ve learned it’s worth paying extra to avoid this kind of damage again.

This product is not for me
I was told about this product from my daughter started using this along with the conditioners and my hair started getting hard each time I would use these products. Then the last time I used them my hair felt like a brillo pad so I went to the salon and the first thing that I was asked was what products did I use. When I said the names I was told to stop using them immediately. So to anyone using these products think twice. It is no longer a black own company.

Worlds worst shampoo
Definitely the worst shampoo I’ve ever used. Over 1/2 my hair has fallen out because Of the shampoo. I’m devastated and have been growing my hair out for years just for it to basically all fall out after one wash.

Itchy Scalp/ Breakouts/ Hair Fallout!
I was really excited for this product based off the “organic” ingredient list and it being free of major harmful irritants. Unfortunately, I got half way through the bottle and realized it was causing me to have an extremely itchy scalp, break outs around my hairline, with enormous hair fallout!!! I immediately threw the bottle away and won’t be purchasing from this brand. I’m not sure which ingredient is causing this to happen perhaps the biotin or fragrance (?) but something isn’t safe about this.

I expected to get that minty feel when using this product but it didn’t happen. The good part is you don’t have to use a lot to get your scalp clean

the best shampoo
okay so i know there are many things going around online about mielle right now, but i can vouch so heavily for this shampoo. i spent the past year trying to find a substitute, but i realized nothing works as well as this shampoo for me. i have low porosity, wavy, bleached hair, and this is the only thing that heals my scalp and makes my hair soft and clean. i also love to pair it with the clarifying scalp scrub. 10/10 and makes me look forward to washing my hair. alsoooo my hair is down to my lower back!
