No water needed. Dissolves right in your mouth.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These little mini packs are crystal like mini chews that dissolve in your mouth. You don’t need any water when you take these. It tastes like fruit punch and you only need one pack per day and 14 packs come in the box. As per the box, they start working in 7 days so I would get more than one box because also as per the instructions, continuous use is recommended for lasting results. This product helps your vaginal area balance pH levels and helps to control any odor. It also helps with yeast health. This can be taken with or without food. I like to take at bedtime that way all of my food is digested and it has an empty stomach to work with (just my preference).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's the first time I try probiotic for the health of the vagina this mini chews packets taste very good they taste like candy fruit punch there easy to take just open one pack a day and throw them in your mouth and chew them like candy but the best part of it is that it has probiotic so it so it gives a balance to yeast and odors but not just that but probiotic is also good for your gut I have been using them for almost a week so far I have seen a little difference what I like about it is that you could take them with you anywhere the packages are small so they fit anywhere.

Matter of preference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not entirely sure how I feel about these, specifically more because of the mouth feel and taste. Small semi hard pellets, with a not so good taste. It seems like a product that should mecmarked towards kids, although it wouldn't benefit them. I personally would rather take a gummy or caplet. The product has great intentions and no side effects. Just not for me.

Tasty and Easy Way to Support Vaginal Health

I like that they are small, easy to take, and have a pleasant fruit punch flavor that makes them much easier than swallowing pills. The texture is similar to tiny chewy candies, which I didn’t expect but enjoyed. The only reason I’m giving three stars instead of five is that the packets are very small, so it feels like they could run out quickly. Also, I haven’t noticed any significant difference. But for the most part, they are a simple and tasty addition to a wellness routine.

Great flavor, but the short supply didn't give m

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After taking this product, I have not noticed any results. I know that probiotics are not an "instant fix". With that being said, I don't feel the 14 day supply was enough for my body to adjust to a new probiotic. It is also possible that this formula might not be potent enough for my specific microbiome. I have to admit I do have pill burnout and it is refreshing that this comes in the mini chew format. I love the fruit punch taste and wish all my supplements were like this! I will purchase this product again and continue taking it as it may take up to a full month for the lactobacilli strains to successfully colonize and make a noticeable difference in my pH. It would be ideal if this product came in a bigger bulk supply.
