Don't get this one
Get the other one with the spring mechanism on both sides. With this one even when the spring is in place it doesn’t have enough force. I don’t know why this even exists.

For those people who say there is no spring mechanism to automatically open the handle, you need to pull up that little tongue inside the handle and place it in the middle. This will act as the spring needed to automatically open after closing each time. It took me a minute to figure this out too…

Has not worked since I bought it
This is an awful product. I’ve had it for a few months now and every time I use it, the thing in the middle that is supposed to provide resistance/spring pops out from between the two pieces of metal. Every ten seconds or less, sproing! Which of course makes it completely unusable and dangerous. What a waste of money and you bet I won’t be giving target money to replace it with something equally awful.
