A: This vacuum doesn't include a Hepa filter.

A: Hi Cojo. It will help trap dust and allergens when vacuuming, but all vacuums will need filters replaced and regular maintenance.

This pet sweeper is really not much different than a regular Bissell sweeper...except in the higher price! Although it is a bit bigger width wise, it performs exactly like the regular ones do...which is terrible and cheap quality! It is def NOT better at dealing with pet hair...hair still constantly gets clogged, wraps around the belt and wheels and starts burning, etc. I do NOT recommend! Just buy the cheaper models and save your money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The air outflow from the vacuum is on the front, so it just blows the dust/pet fur out of the way before it can be vacuumed up. Totally defeats the purpose of a vacuum. Also, it is VERY loud, to the point were I'd have to wear earplugs to use it.
I expected better Bissell. Shame on you.

I have 6 dogs the hair and dirt is relentless and this does the trick no sh---. At least mine works well thankful for that. No more hair tangles on the brush bar either.

Hopefully this performs as well and as long as my previous one. This one is definitely lighter weight than the older one. That was another reason for an upgrade.

This is the worst vacuum! Im very disappointed after reading all these great reviews and I was expecting better. When I use the hose the vacuum falls over. The exhaust fan is in the front of the vacuum and it blows everything everywhere. There is not a setting to put to hose or floor so they both run at the same time. Again THE WORST vacuum I have ever purchased.

Vacuuming is joy! I cannot believe how much cleaner and fresher my apartment is, just after one use. I am so pleased with the quality and ease of handling, and the cleaning power of my new Bissell product.

Collects fur all around the brush and belt area, they should be ashamed to say it's a pet vac. Support offers to send a belt and brush that doesn't fix a poor design. I'm sorry Bissell but you failed on this one .
