Takes a workout to the next level

I’ve been following along with the Blogilates community, since it first began many years ago and have so enjoyed the journey and energy found along the way. Cassey’s such a sincere, energetic leader, and her bright smile reaches deep inside you—in that spot where you feel like you’re dying by choice of sweat instead of by sword lol—and helps you pull through the mire. First off, love how aesthetically appealing they are! They look super sleek and elegant, which shouldn’t matter but it’s so nice to have. They are super comfortable but still adds that weight that gives you that good burn while doing a workout.

I really love the bracelets and immediately tried to use them!!! I'm in love!! It does tend to hurt my ankles particularly the bone talus I believe that's what it's called tends to hold all the weight of it which bruises me but I love how cute they are and it's effective in my workout so I just put a sock to cushion it!

Pink weighted bracelets

I LOVE THIS Product! Slick design, fun vibrant color( I got pink), and adjustable in size and weight. I love that I can pack the bracelets on trips to maintain my goals and workout arm schedule. I also like wearing them while i informally workout, such as while I clean my house. Did I mention how cute it is to match my polish to em!?
