    Useless

    What a piece of crap. Bought one several years ago. Should have thrown it out on day one. The spray mechanism is faulty. You can squeeze this until you’re blue in the face-,good lick getting any of the liquid cleaner to spray out. Took it apart to see if there was any adjustment possible-no way to adjust it. So, a piece of junk from the get go. Save your money. Don’t know why I didn’t toss this the first week, except that ordinarily I don’t personally use it. We’ve used it as a dry mop, basically.

    Great product!

    I had no idea I needed this thing so bad! Got one for the oak floors in our main house, and loved it way more than I expected! So much so that I bought another one for the maple floors in a vacation condo! Super convenient and easy to use, with no hand fatigue from the spray trigger. Great no-rinse cleaning solution really works, dries fast with no streaks, no tackiness, and has no unnecessary fragrances. The mop is just as suitable for whole house mopping (ditch the icky mop and pail) as it is for spot cleaning (my 60 year old back is glad for more stooping over with a rag and spray bottle). Get yourself a 3-pack of extra pads so you always have a clean one on hand. Minor gripe, but I only wish I could find an extra dispenser bottle. It would make it easier for periodically going over the floors with plain vinegar.

    Too heavy

    This is extremely heavy and the pad doesn’t glide like my old Bona pads. My old pads also do not fit this mop. This one has a larger pad which makes it harder to get into corners and tight spaces. I’m sending this back and trying the Bona air.

    Constantly clogs, becomes unusable

    I’m so sick of trying to use the hot water trick or use a pin to remove the clogged nozzle at the bottom. This thing is so far beyond useless and a waste of money. Just get a spray bottle and your own mop or a dry mop. Anything is better.
