Q: When I started using Cascade platinum pods, my dishwasher started leaking due to too many suds (as I was told by my plumber). Can this happen? Is Cascade complete better with less suds?

  • A: Thanks for your question. We want to assure you all variations of Cascade are formulated to not bubble up too much if used according to the instructions on the package. Hand dish soap left on any dishes you may have pre-washed can also add suds. Malfunctioning door gaskets can also lead to over sudsing, as the broken seal allows pressure to be released.

Q: How is it "complete" with our bleach of any kind? Your dish detergents are soo full of fail now.

  • A: Thank you for your question, Cakeatron. The benefit of any bleach ingredient, regardless of bleach type, is to remove or lighten color. Our Cascade Complete doesn't contain a bleaching agent. However our Cascade +Oxi does contain an oxygen based bleach which offers the same results as any other bleach. Please give us a call at (800) 765-5516, if we can help you further.

    This is crap! Dishwasher full of foam!

    This product is crap. It creates more foam than my dishwasher can cope with causing it to flood the floor out the side of the dishwasher!

    Works great.

    I have been using cascade for several years. I was new to a dishwasher and was introduced to the actionpacs. The design fits perfectly in the dishwasher. I never have to rewash because they clean the first time. You get a lot of bang for your buck.

    Removes the grease of my dishes completely. I love how after the cleaning the glasses don’t look stain , they look crystal clear and it dissolves very good into the dishwasher

    Great dishwasher detergent

    This is a great dishwasher detergent! This pacs are so easy to just toss in the dishwasher. It leaves my dishes spotless. It removes the grease from the dishes. I rarely have to pre-rinse my dishes prior to them going in the dishwasher.

    Consistently works like a charm

    The only dishwashing pods I use. I have used it for years now and I don’t pick anything else. It gets rid of the grease very well and the pods seem very easy to dissolve. I have not had issues with pods not dissolving. The dishes come out looking squeaky clean always.

    These work great in my dishwasher! I love the lid, it is easy to get on and off and get the pacs out. Leaves my dishes feeling grime free and shiny! The tub is kind of big but it works for under my sink cabinet.

    i love this product i just wish it was “cleaner”. i worry a bit about the ingredients but it does work very well. i do pre wash my dishes out of habit but i dont know it is necessary. super easy to store because it is compact.

    Powerful cleaning with no residue and consistently

    Cascade Complete Action Pacs for Completely clean

    Cascade Complete Action Pacs-Fresh Scent are not only effective in getting my dishes and pots and pans extra clean, but the action pacs are easy to dispense and load. They dissolve completely making for that squeaky clean load. The scent is also very satisfying and just gives that fresh, clean smell. I’m very pleased with this product.
