I've been using this for years. I bought bulk in March 2026 for my family and the formula was fine. I re-upped on new bottles for all of us this month and just got them in today. My partner and I both used our new bottles and something must have changed. I read another review that said they got a new formula or something because they had the same experience too. My boyfriend and I were in pain for hours, it's been 6 hours and my sinuses still burn. I couldn't breathe because they were so swollen, and i ended up getting a 4 hour migraine on top of that. I am afraid to ever try this again, and happy i didn't use this new poison formula right before work and it was a day off, because we were in pain for hours. so much pain all we could do was lay down and not speak.

We have been using Covixyl since 2022, with great results. Until last night, when my husband and I used a new bottle and felt like we had shot poison directly into our sinuses. (this is dramatic but accurate) It legitimately burned for hours. I don't know if the formula or packaging changed but this is wildly unpleasant and we will not be using it anymore.🤢🔥

Although it didn’t prevent sickness, I believe it helped in me being nearly asymptomatic when I tested positive. It does burn a bit but still worth it in my opinion. However, the packaging needs improvement. It was shipped to me in a soft envelope and the product box was smashed to smithereens. Not happy about that.

This stuff is so helpful! I work at a high school, as well as in medical retail, so I am surrounded by sickness seemingly constantly! This has worked really well for me, and it helps my peace of mind. The only downside is that it doesn’t feel great when you spray it in, the discomfort goes away after a minute or two, and that’s still worth it to me. I will be purchasing more when I run out of this one!

Highly recommended!
I've been using this for 6 months and I would recommend it. I have to go to many doctors appointments and always spray this beforehand as directed. It makes me feel like I have an added protection with my mask & for dentist appointments I feel safer. If you are high risk medically I would definitely recommend this product. It is a spicy nose spray but that doesn't last very long.

My husband and I use this when going in public settings. It does burn when using it but the benefit outweighs the risk. My husband and I traveled by plane and were in close proximity with 3 family members that had covid. When we returned home we were notified they had covid. We tested multiple times and quarantined and did not get covid-Thank God. You are to spray this in your nostril at a certain angle. I wear this along with a mask especially when flying. It's added protection. It does not work if you go swimming after using,you woukd need to reapply.
