I received this machine as part of a promotion. In my original review, I noted that the dispenser wouldn't accommodate my mugs. After submitting my review (which is here under four star reviews) my husband said "Did you try this?" and pressed on the dispensing spout, with only slightly more pressure than I'd used, and up it went! It accommodates all of our mugs now! I wasn't able to edit the review so I wanted to share here that with just a touch of pressure the coffee dispensing spout will go up. We use the machine all the time and it's still going strong and we love it!

Bought this coffee maker a month ago being a novice with espresso machines. It was easy to use and provided a wide variety of different options. Both Cold and hot brew. Purchased the cold brew attachment and some wonderful ice coffee. Decaf bin great for evening coffee.

I'm loving my new Rivelia and all of the different coffees it makes, especially the Cappuccinos and Lattes. I love how easy it is to adjust beverage size, intensity, and density of the foam, and being able to save my settings. I have several other electric coffee makers as well as a pour-over system but the Rivelia has now replaced all of them. My suggestion for improving the machine is a cosmetic change. The volume measurements on the milk carafe are really hard to see since they're lightly etched into the side of the translucent carafe; I would prefer it if they were printed on the carafe in a contrasting color. Also, since I count calories, I would like to have access to a chart or table listing the number of oz or ml of milk used in each size of each type of milk drink. The instruction manual has a "Drink quantity table" but it's not specific enough to be useful.

I’m happy with the machine. Easy press of buttons. Easy to clean. I like how easy it is to change out the bean hoppers. The water tank doesn’t hold much water but it’s easy to lift it up and put back, so it’s not a big deal. My biggest drawback is that you can’t fit very tall cups up under it. I was very disappointed to see it didn’t raise very high.

I bought this to replace my previous De Longhi machine that was for coffee only. It used to leak on my counter. This one stays very clean and does not have the same problem. I also like the self cleaning process for the milk container. It is easy to disassemble and wash. It makes good coffees. We are loving the cappuccinos and lattes.

You can set up presets for multiple family members for their favorite brewed drinks and it’s easy to clean and maintain.

This is the second DeLonghi machine we have purchased. Our first automatic espresso was the Magnifica. It performed flawlessly for nine years. We decided to upgrade this year and went with the Revelia. We could not be happier with our decision. We consider going with a Breville, as we have other appliances of that brand. But after doing a lot of research and factoring in the nine years, our prior DeLonghi machine lasted we decided to stay with DeLonghi. And this brand does not disappoint The Revelia is even better than the Magnífica. The machine makes flawless, espresso, amazing cappuccinos, regular coffee, and perfect lattes. We’re a large family with individual taste, and this machine makes everyone happy. I love that it uses less beans but produces a perfect cup every time. It’s much quieter than our former machine and is easier to clean and maintain. it was well worth the price. Five stars would buy again.

Great machine, easy setup, simple to customize, great taste

The only barrier was that all of my mugs are too high for the machine. I finally found two I could wedge under the machine and made my perfect drink. Cleanup is a breeze. I just need new mugs!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try the Rivelia to see if it could replace my Starbucks habit. Prior to this machine, I just had a simple Keurig at home. This is definitely a high-quality, professional coffee and espresso maker and it’s big! I found there to be a big learning curve to be able to easily use the machine, but people who have used other machines like this will probably have an easier time. That said, once I figured out what I was doing, the Rivelia made excellent coffee/espresso drinks! The ability to foam milk is great and very easy to clean. The touch display helps newbies design their drink. I also liked the bean switch system since my partner and I like different types of roasts. Overall, if you’re willing to spend the time, this is a great machine to replace those trips to Starbucks!
