Q: I inserted a disk and pushed it to the depth where we could see each image when we rotate the slide. However, we cannot remove the disk. It feels stuck even. Am I missing something on how to remove the disk? Very frustrating for me and my son.

However, we’ve found that the very first time a disk is inserted, it might fit more tightly and require slightly more effort to remove. cannot replace bulb
my granddaughters LOVED this stars and planet projector, but after 7 months, the bulb burned out and you cannot replace the bulb. i inquired about warranty, but the projector only has a 90day warranty. so no option, but to buy another one, but we won’t be doing that if we have to keep replacing the item every few months.

My Solar System loving kids LOVE it
I can’t believe the quality of the slides and picture clarity for this price. My 4 & 6 year olds LOVE it! We’ve been learning all about the solar system so to see the slides with more than just planets was very cool. It shows some of the nebula and some of Saturn and Jupiters moons as well. Plus a pamphlet with great information.

This projector is not worth the money at all. I purchased it as a Christmas gift for my sons and it literally projects in a tiny space on their ceiling. The advertising of the name and pacakge is misleading.

Ok but misleading packaging
I was pretty disappointed by this projector. The packaging is definitely misleading. One side is a projector and it doesn’t move or rotate the pictures. It’s just some slides a random picture of space or a planet that can project on a flat surface. And they’re pretty small. The other side has the 360 rotation and full room option, but it’s just some “stars,” which are just lights. My kids seem to like it ok, but it isn’t as cool as I was hoping for.

Not as interesting as expected. No way to store the three slides in the light when not using so they are now lost a few years later and it is worthless. :(
