Description

The Escali Touch Screen Thermometer and Timer feature an oven safe stainless steel probe and braided steal cord. The easy-to-clean touch sensitive controls are located on the extra-large backlit display. Set a custom temperature alert or choose from a library of suggested internal cooking temperatures for beef, pork, chicken, turkey, veal, lamb, ham and fish. The included timer function will count up or down and recall previous timers with the press of a button.
