worked great until
diffuser was great. Good mist the smell goes throughout the house. However d we use distilled water all the time and the diffuser stopped working after 3 months. There was a grey graphite reside it seems to have come from the ultrasonic atomizer. We purchased another one to see how it lasts.

Disappointing especially at this price point
It worked ok, but the lid is almost impossible to get off. Not sure why they designed it this way. It irritated me so much trying to get it off that I ended up throwing it away and getting one that is much more user friendly. I want it to help me relax, not ruin my nails trying to pry it open.

Poor luck or poor product?
I have bought three of these diffusers. The first diffuser was sealed in the packaging but missing the AC power cord so I had to exchange it. The second one had everything and works just fine. I’ve had it for about two months now and it runs well so I had decided to buy another. I cannot get the third one to turn on the diffuser function. The lights work but that’s it. Overall, I’m not super impressed with these and won’t buy again.

Bought this little diffuser to help my kids while they were sick. Purchase the eucalyptus and lavender oil as well to combine in the diffuser and I was amazed! The diffuser is super easy to refill and use and it lasts a lot longer than expected! Our old diffuser had a larger water reservoir but seemed to run dry extremely fast even on the lowest setting. This little guy lasts a lot longer with so much less water! Will be purchasing more for the other rooms. Love the dimmable light setting options also.

Adorable and great to have in house
This a perfect little diffuser I can use in any room, it’s small, adorable and works very well. Simple to use and understand how it works. It’s not bulky but delicate, unassuming but holds a-lot of water enough to diffuse in a large living room or upper floor.

I’m totally new to diffusers so there was a learning curve for me. It’s pretty simple though. I filled the base with water and add added my own essential oils. I learned my lesson quickly that a little goes a long way! You really only need a drop or two to give you a light enjoyable scent. I find the mist is calming and relaxing.

Could not get it to work
The diffuser looks very nice, it’s a soft white color so it would definitely go with any room decor. However, after filling it with water, doing the 5 drops of oil, (you need to buy the oil separately,) I plugged in the unit like it says to do and it doesn’t get any power. I made sure the water didn’t go past the fill line, and I tried multiple outlets, and it never got any power. The connection that goes into the actual unit seems wiggly and loose to me so maybe that’s the issue.
