Suction is great, but its hard to push on carpets and rugs as theres no hight ajustment, I wouldn't of bought it if I knew it wasn’t hight adjustable.

Terrible! The suction isn’t good and is extremely hard to push on carpet. Extremely disappointing

Very unhappy. UPS sent a notice that my package is delayed due to weather. I looked up the weather in the city and state and it is perfectly fine. For two days no update and still pending. I’m not sure if I will get this vacuum delivered. I called target customer service and they were no help. They said I have to wait another week past my scheduled delivery. Honestly from what the representative told me I’m not sure I will get a refund or replacement. This is my last order I will place with Target.

I purchased this vacuum for how late it actually is and the intentions of it being able to clean both Bear floors and carpets. It definitely does not clean carpets! I can barely get it across the carpet floor because you can't adjust the height so you should advertise it as only for floors. I never would've bought this knowing this. I don't know what I can do about it now.

I bought this vacuum specifically for my carpets, I cannot even move it across my carpets. The suction is so hard and there is no height adjustment. Also it starts smoking due to the suction being so hard!

I was told in the ad, that this has automatic height adjustments for going from floor to carpet. That doesn't work. Or how it's supposed to work, I can't figure out. As soon as I get on one of my carpets, I can't hardly push it. And that makes it a chore to vacuum the carpets. As there is no height adjustment. Even though in the cleaning instructions, it says turn height adjustment knob to is highest level for cleaning the roller brush. Go figure

This is a nice lightweight vacuum. It was very affordable & does a great job! Downside would have to be the total inconvenience of unscrewing every single time you empty dust cup. I like to empty mine after each use, but I don't always have the time. Also no height adjustment so it just "eats" my area rugs. I'll have to purchase a whole new vacuum because of this. All in all it is a nice, affordable vacuum & I would recommend to anyone who has mainly carpet instead of many area rugs. Mine are huge so I can't just shake em out lol.
