    Great new grinder. Much improved compared to the older model. This one does not have the static effect and retention issues the older one did. Love it and getting an even better grind on my beans.

    Beautiful design, very low retention. It couldn't grind fine enough for an espresso, I contacted support and they let me return it but I'm curious why it just doesn't grind low enough for espresso. If I had to choose between this and a barataza, I would choose this every time.

    Replaced my old burr grinder

    Replaced my old burr grinder which was loud and had an uneven grind. LOVE my Fellow! Quiet compared to my past burr grinders, super fast grind, and perfectly even! Very precise and consistent grind, no matter which size of grounds you set it to. Highly recommend!

    Much better than the original Opis! The first gen was trash, 4 grams of retention, inconsistent grinds and broke twice on me. After the second opus grinder broke on me, CS allowed me to return it for credit on account to purchase the Opis gen 2. I just received that last week and so far the grinds are consistent, feels a lot sturdier and has zero retention! You did a great job on the re-design.

    Amazing Coffee Grinder

    I’ve been debating buying the baratza or the opus 1, but with the release of the opus 2 the choice was clear. Super fast grind time, step-less grinding, auto stop, sleek look. The metal version of the adjustment knob is very nice, I can’t speak to the base version with the plastic knob.

    what a machine! I am very impressed with every aspect of this grinder. Turned up my espressos to expert grade. I'm using less coffee and getting a better cup than ever before. It grinds in a fraction of the time my old Gaggia MDF did and far quieter. I can't say enough good things about this piece of equipment. Absolutely essential for any home espresso fan. For the price it's unbeatable.

    The hopper lid arrive in the wrong orientation that lead me to believe the machine was broken. The knob for the grind setting seems to drift a bit during grinding. Feels like an unpolished product.

    Messy and Anti-Static Breaks

    Don't waste your money. This this is SO MESSY, even when you follow their cleaning instructions. The anti-static breaks after a few months; and they are giving me the runaround on a refund for months. And. It's still under warranty.

    I love the design, it

    I love the design, it being much quieter than my last grinder, and how specific the grind size can be. I wish more of the chassis and the magnetic ground catcher cup was made of metal. I would have paid more for a heartier build and less plastic. I'd even buy replacement parts in metal.
