Amazingly designed product. The features and attention to detail are next level. The pour from the goosneck is so smooth and easy to control. It seems expensive but the quality and features make it worth it over similar electric kettles.

Very happy so far with my new kettle! I love the spout because it is narrow and long, and I can pour the water very slowly to make my single pour over delightful!

Love how easy the kettle is to use. Makes my coffee brewing morning routine fun and easy. My only complaint is that the firmware update app “EKG Updater” doesn’t function correctly and always hangs when trying to update the firmware. It is quite frustrating. So I’m removing one star from my rating. Wish the team sees this and fixes the issues.

Love it. Beautiful piece!

The kettle works great, not too loud when boiling water. Materials are good quality but not all of them. I wished the knob would be more sturdy and made out of premium materials as well (like metal). For this price, I expected the knob to be more satisfying to use, better tactile feedback as you turn it. The electronics are a big gap in my opinion. The screen is low resolution and looks very cheap compared to the rest of the unit. The UI is a bit clunky. It's cumbersome to work with high temperature ranges (i.e 45C to 100C) it's tedious to turn the knob so many times. The guide mode does not solve this as it only allows a few settings from ~80 to 100C. I should also not need to use my phone to quickly switch temps to warm or boil some water. The speaker is basically useless, it's making an annoying sound, and at its loudest setting, it's barely audible. I have to say that the kettle works in local only mode (no internet access), which is great! I don't need anyone to know when I boil water and to have access to it over the internet. Having an API to control the kettle through Home Assistant is great and I appreciate that a lot! The firmware update did not work for me (with internet access). While the firmware was downloaded and applied to the second partition set, the kettle won't ever switch to it, even after a restart. So it's stuck on an older firmware while a new one is available. The update app does not do anything in this case and it just says the kettle will update soon for days. I expected more from such a price point.

This kettle feels good, is fast and the controls are very intuitively designed. All in all, I like it a lot.

Recently visited our daughter & son in law for a week. They have the same one, only black. We used it about every day to make French press coffee. Wife & I enjoyed how quick & easy it was to operate. Ordered it while there on vacation as gift for my wife in Dusty Rose color. Wife also drinks quite a bit of various teas. We both really like it! The drip coffee maker is now resting. 😴

Obviously this is an extremely well engineered kettle! It heats quickly and holds the temperature (the kettle this is replacing would lose 8-10 degrees before heating up to the set temperature!). Simple and intuitive to use as well as set preferences. I like the fact that there is a calibration function that takes elevation into account. Very customizable and it looks great on the countertop!

This is my second kettle because the warranty was not honored for the first one that was a gift. I purchased the newer model, and I’m not super impressed with the lid quality. I’ve used it twice and the rubber piece does not properly sit on, and doesn’t close effectively. I fixed it then it keeps happening. Not sure if I received a faulty product but disappointing at this price point for a kettle, especially as it is my second one.

Speed to come up to temperature and precision pour control all within an elegant package. The hold feature ensures consistency. Only downside, I’d prefer the cord be detachable and plug into the unit at a 90 degree bend in the back vs perpendicular; makes it hard to slide it back against the counter wall. No biggie, just rotate the stand 90 degrees.

I absolutely love this kettle. I previously had the regular black version but my mother-in-law fell in love with it, so here I am buying a second one! I did extensive research on kettle materials and safety before purchasing, and Fellow came out on top. The stainless steel interior, confirmed polypropylene lid, and food-grade silicone gasket that does not contact water gave me full confidence in the materials. It heats up fast, it's intuitive to use, and it looks beautiful on the counter. My only complaint is that I haven't been able to connect the app to the kettle yet, but that hasn't affected the performance at all. Highly recommend for anyone who cares about both quality and what their water actually touches.
