I liked the size and weight of this item. Hope my son will use it on his achy . This item can be put in the freezer like an ice pack. I want one too!

So far I love it. Stays cold for hours. Helps with stiff neck. Hopefully I don’t have the issues about fluid leaking out like others have mentioned. Target has a great return policy if it does.

My cousin and I both bought one of these and they are kinda life changing!!! The ball stays cool for hours and help all my knots!

This is the second one I’ve purchased. Couldn’t be without. Helps with my headaches and painful knees.

I've owned the Polar Roller for 5+ years and keep it in the freezer 24/7. It comes in handy for pulled or strained muscles and it helps wonderfully for my sciatica. I use it at the first twinge of pain to prevent a full-on attack, which nips it in the bud. The cold helps to numb the area while the rolling action breaks up the knot, which feels much better than the tennis ball method.

We loved using it after working out! Putting it in the freezer and then rolling our sore muscles was so nice. The screw came loose and there's no way to tighten it. So now rusty water has leaked over the bed and into the sink. Would buy another roller.

I was recently in a minor car accident that resulted in back pain. My husband came across this as we were passing down the aisle. He rolled it down my back and I was sold. Really works out the kinks and is so relaxing. Was hesitant because of the price but it’s worth it.

Love the concept of this. It is perfect for after a workout to help roll out your muscles. However, after a few months of use, it started leaking. If they could increase the quality, I would give this a 5.

LEAKS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE!!! This thing is so stupid, I got whatever that brown coolant stuff is on my white quilt and on my skin!! DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have really bad chronic pain and I was so excited about this. Such a disappointment . :(

Seems over priced for what you get. Jury is still out if it's worth the money.

Brought this roller home and immediately used this on my girls. They loved it and wanted one of there own. I immediately ordered a few more for my adult children who are work out fanatics. They love it. The cold ball feels great and the ability to easily roll most areas on your body with a comfortable handle is also a plus. This roller is getting quite a bit of use around my house!

Wow!! I love this roller! It targets the area of the body that ails perfectly!! I have used it on my Plantar Fasciitis, as well as on tired muscles after strenuous hikes/workouts. I love it so much that I bought another when I couldn't keep the rest of my family away from it!! LOL! I would highly recommend it!

My husband would strategically map out our Target runs to go down the aisle for this roller (to "sample" and try) - each time he would say, "no, its a little too pricey for what it is." Yet each time went back to Target, we would stalk these rollers to see if on sale. Finally one day he broke down and bought it, and LOVES this thing. He's a farmer/laborer and has back issues - this roller has been a miracle worker. He's very happy he finally purchased it to bring home with him and use permanently! Lol!

This is a pin point tool. It targets the muscle that you need worked so easily.

Inside the ball, there is some sort of coolant inside. Technically you supposed to be able to put it in the refrige for 2 hours and use it when it is cool (coolant inside is cooled), which I've never tried. Even without trying that cooling method, it leaks after 2 days of use. I was massaging my thy and heard some gas leaking sound, and suddenly started smelling some sort of alcohol & raw metal. I have no idea what that is, but thinking of vehicle coolant, it must not be healthy. I can't believe I trusted the decent price for such a simple massager thinking its quality would be great, and throw out the receipt. Moreover, now I even wish to remove all the coolant inside, but there seems to be no way I can pry in and remove the coolant without damaging it permanently. Don't impulsively buy this! Think again.
