I liked the size and weight of this item. Hope my son will use it on his achy . This item can be put in the freezer like an ice pack. I want one too!

So far I love it. Stays cold for hours. Helps with stiff neck. Hopefully I don’t have the issues about fluid leaking out like others have mentioned. Target has a great return policy if it does.

Having teenage sport players in the house. This tool has been a lifesaver. We have dealt with sprains, sore/tight muscles, shin splints, broken ankles, rotator cuff surgery, knee issues, migraines, plantar fasciitis. It’s not heavy and very easy to use. We’ve used this to rub cbd oil into the skin. No mess. The cooling on it is fabulous. You control the depth of how deep massage you need/want. Never had any issue. My family received as gifts as they always used mine when they came over. My physical therapist now uses these on clients.

My cousin and I both bought one of these and they are kinda life changing!!! The ball stays cool for hours and help all my knots!

This is the second one I’ve purchased. Couldn’t be without. Helps with my headaches and painful knees.

I love this for my migraines and for beauty purposes like to use over my face mask. I keep two of them in the freezer and sometimes use both at the same time.

I've owned the Polar Roller for 5+ years and keep it in the freezer 24/7. It comes in handy for pulled or strained muscles and it helps wonderfully for my sciatica. I use it at the first twinge of pain to prevent a full-on attack, which nips it in the bud. The cold helps to numb the area while the rolling action breaks up the knot, which feels much better than the tennis ball method.

I love this thing. It feels great on your shoulders and back, the cooling properties are nice too in the roller ball. It's easy to clean and the roller ball moves VERY smooth. My favorite is having this rolled on my scalp, feels the best!

We loved using it after working out! Putting it in the freezer and then rolling our sore muscles was so nice. The screw came loose and there's no way to tighten it. So now rusty water has leaked over the bed and into the sink. Would buy another roller.

I was recently in a minor car accident that resulted in back pain. My husband came across this as we were passing down the aisle. He rolled it down my back and I was sold. Really works out the kinks and is so relaxing. Was hesitant because of the price but it’s worth it.

Love the concept of this. It is perfect for after a workout to help roll out your muscles. However, after a few months of use, it started leaking. If they could increase the quality, I would give this a 5.

Hit the back of my head in a fall, it was very handy to roll the back of my head and neck. My massage therapist had one, so I ordered my own.

If you want to work out knots in your muscles...... this will do it!!!!

I LOVE IT I loved my polar roller So much. I could reach my shoulders and get my calves all on my own.

I work in Physical Therapy everyday. This is a very well built product, easy to use, should last a very long time and has many different, convenient uses for pain relief from inflammation, tight soft tissue, etc. I highly recommend it to anyone.

I like the ease of use...and the nice coldness of it...and how easy it is to use on any needed part of the body...I have high hopes for this...

My wife loves this massage polar roller. Says it does more to ease the pain and stiffness in her neck than all the doctor and massage therapy visit she has been to.

LEAKS WITHIN 24 HOURS OF PURCHASE!!! This thing is so stupid, I got whatever that brown coolant stuff is on my white quilt and on my skin!! DO NOT BUY OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. I have really bad chronic pain and I was so excited about this. Such a disappointment . :(

This massage roller has a nice weight to it. I especially appreciate its cool, soothing capabilities when I experience my headaches. It feels so good and makes the day more tolerable. I don't need to call in to work. It's easy to use independently. Maybe a longer handle attachment will become available to get those hard-to-reach spots.

I had plantar release surgery and was in a cast for six weeks. Now, I'm in regular footwear and have moved on to a new phase in my recovery. This device is key! I use it to massage my plantar area and scar tissue every night. Although it is very cold, it never feels TOO cold. No need to cover your foot with anything - you can apply directly to your skin. It feels heavenly and I can control how much pressure to use. My physical therapist loves this thing, too. I also like that it seems to start losing its icy-ness right around the time I am ready to be done with it. I don't need to set a timer or anything. As soon as the cold starts to wear off, I know I'm done and have spent plenty of time self-caring for my foot. I've also used it to cool a sunburn! Works really well for that, too. Over the years of suffering from plantar, I owe almost every device you can think of. THIS is one of my all time favorites!
