Smaller than expected. This product was smaller than I thought it would be since it specifically totes it as a quad roller but it does work on the quads. Just a bit snug. It also has multiple uses as shown in the pics. It is the perfect size for forearms and it can be used as a surface roller rather than putting your appendage through the unit.

Great alternative to foam rolling. I use this at the end of the day if my legs, arms, shoulders or neck are sore from my workout or just the day. It is great because it has slight pressure on its own but you can add even more but pressing in as you are rolling. I personally think it is a great alternative to foam rolling and if you aren't quite ready to purchase a massage gun. I would not recommend it for someone that has a low pain tolerance.

Phenomenal range of options for applied pressure- excellent tool for trigger points in the calves, quads, forearms, upper arms. Not necessarily great for those with low pain tolerance unless they’re dealing with minor tissue problems that don’t require additional pressure
