Not durable at all
The pans look nice, but the coating started peeling very quickly, even though I only used wooden and silicone utensils. I took good care of them and expected much better quality. Would not recommend.

cooks food nicely, BUT, I've had to make returns 3xs. 2xs the soup pot handles have cracked after only a month. I gandwash only and haven't used either time, no more than 5x each. the other return was because they scratch super easy even with silicon spatchulas.

Garbage pans!
Please don't purchase these pans.My pans are 91 days old and yesterday I smelt something burning. It was the handle on these pans. The company won't take responsibility. Don't waste your money.

Not durable long term
I purchase this set last year. The coating inside and out scratches very easily. It does cook well, but due to scratches, will not be kept very long. Material is not durable.

still relatively new and the coating already started coming off. I contacted the company and they said that's not a big deal. (!!?!!) Also yesterday the handle started burning. We smelled something was off but couldn't figure out what was on fire or burning. Later on I flipped the pan over and saw the handle had partially burned off?!!

Great if you want to buy new pans again in 2 months
The first few uses of the item were great, worked like a dream. Just a couple months in and the pans are AWFUL (keep in mind we hand wash and always make sure there’s oil in the pan when cooking, we couldn’t have followed cooking instructions better) EVERYTHING sticks with every use. Very unhappy with the result

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Works and looks great but a few problems
I love the nonstick quality and the knobs and handles that do not get hot during the cooking process. The blue color is very pretty. I read a lot of reviews that question the durability long term (which is to be determined since I just bought these). Also the large fry pan that came with the set did not come with a lid and one to fit it is not available that I could find. It claims to be 10” but in fact it measures 10-1/4” so there is nothing to fit it exactly.

False advertisement
Not nonstick in the slightest. Everything I've cooked in these pans has stuck from day one. I have followed care/washing instructions and am still disappointed every time I use these pans. Don't waste your money.

Beware!!! Do not buy
After 11 days, the handle of on of my pans burnt, filled the kitchen with a toxic plastic smell, and the handle became so hot that it caused me to drop boiling pasta everywhere. I made outreach to the company to see if I could get this pot replaced and I was told my warranty only covers the ceramic coating. The mistake was mine for using a pot on the wrong size burner. The pans cooked really well and I actually enjoyed using them, but I don’t like burning handles and sometimes when you’re cooking multiple things at one time with multiple size pots and burners, you don’t always have a choice on which burner to use. This is the first time it’s happened to me, I’d rather go back to the pots and pans that don’t require this attention to detail. The set is pretty, but not effective or safe for daily use if you’re busy and doing a lot of multitasking around dinner time. I will be returning and buying a different brand now knowing Green Pan does not stand by their product.
