Says it has 2 heat settings. Does not come with a cool button (even though this is shown in one of the photos here). Also, the box was not sealed and the hair dryer came in an opened plastic bag... seems like I got a used hair dryer on top of this??

Great dryer, but...
This is actually my 2nd purchase of this exact dryer. I like the size of the dryer (fits nicely in most slide out vanity drawers) and it’s pretty powerful so it dries your hair very quickly. I dislike that the back of it collects quite a bit of lint over time and you can’t really remedy that. Most other dryers have removable venting and that would make this a 5 star item. That said, for the size, cost, power and overall durability it’s a solid 4 star dryer .
