    Doesn't thicken

    I am disappointed in the results, the machine doesn't freeze enough for the liquid to get slushie, it runs for maybe 15 minutes and then shuts down with an error warning.

    Maybe I need more time

    Well, I don’t know if it was the recipe instructions I was given or the fact that you don’t really provide clear detailed instructions on how to clean out the tank drip tray but definitely harder than it looks and cleanup is NOT as easy first time took my four hours of asking AI how to get the tray out. Hint it does NOT come out and was full of liquid so a big ole mess. I hope it gets easier to operate and decipher how to make a frappe or shake cause no recipe’s provided
