I'm a pad girly, and I didn't see myself feeling comfortable in a full on pair of underwear for leaks. I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and panty-like they were. They aren't bulky or noisy, like I worried they would be. I was also pleasantly surprised by how secure I felt wearing them! I knew if it took a bit longer to make it to the restroom or if the urge just suddenly came on too strong, I was covered. Get over the embarrassment or hesitation she's just buy some. Give yourself that extra little bit of protection for when you need it. You'll be the only one who will know you're wearing them. They really do fit that well.

They held up well, and I also experienced no leaks. They did have a light fragrance, which I didn't find at all overpowering or mind. They fit well throughout the leg openings and waist, and I had no bulkiness or sagging at all. The material was stretchy and just provided a well overall fit while providing great protection.

Very comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really loved these underwear as being younger and having incontinence problems. They are not bulky like the others and feel like real underwear. They are also very absorbent for leaks. The only wish I had is that they waist part was a bit lower. But overall I will be getting more.

The fabric is soft, stretchy and breathable with no bulk. There was no chafing or marks on my skin. They absorb well both throughout the day and are great for nighttime wear as well. They absorb odor as well. I felt secure and comfortable in these. Great product.

Great for overnight wear during menstruation

I felt more confident in them than when I wear a regular overnight pad. The absorbent pad part was very high in both the front and the back which really gave me good coverage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recieved this product from influenster so I am prepared to give a thorough and honest review. From first glance, I was disappointed in the actual appearance of the product. On the packaging it looks very much like a regular pair of underwear and is worded as such. I thought it would be similar to period underwear due to the photo and description, but it's not. The only thing that makes it look more luke underwear is that it's the color black. When put on, the elastic waist went up pretty high to my belly button. Again, I imagined an adult diaper version of period panties. However, given that it is the color black, it looks more like underwear than other brands in white or light blue. The waist part, as shown in photos, is pretty high, if you want it to look like the photo, you need to fold it down some. With that said, it is very absorbent and the outside material stays completely dry. As far as comfort, it is stretchy and comfortable and pretty breathable. The option to fold over the top part is nice to help keep your back cool in hotter weather. Odor control is comparable to other brands. It does have a crinkle diapery sound to it, but it's a little quieter than others I've seen. All in all. If you want these to feel more like you are wearing real underwear and to feel more sexy, I don't think it achieves that. However, if you want something absorbent and dry, it will do you justice.

Felt like fabric and not bulky at all. No one can tell you are wearing them. The only complains I have is they tend to run small to actual size. For us bigger hip and thigh gals the leg portion was too tight. Need to be more roomy.

They look like panties unlike other brands that honestly feel like a diaper. They are smooth an soft an you cannot see them under anything I wear.
