I spent almost $200 on this machine and within 3 months it randomly stopped working. I smelled the internals burning so I unplugged it immediately. luckily i was using the correct type of outlet so my house didn't burn down.

Leaks All Over the Countertop
Leaks All Over the Countertop I bought one of these units at my local Target on 4/25/2026. This review is being written on 6/7/2026. I paid good money for it, frankly seemed a bit expensive for what it is compared to other units, but it seemed quality and figured it would be worth it. It gets used pretty heavily, I admittedly drink way more coffee than I probably should. All in all, it makes a good cup of coffee, I've had no issues with functionality so far, but every few days, I have to pull it off the countertop and mop up a literal pond of water that builds up under the entire unit and by extension, all over the countertop. If I pull the reservoir off the base, it seems fine, no leakage by itself from the nozzle on the underside of it, but when it's plugged up to the base it sits on, water is getting everywhere under the unit. It's not losing water volume in the reservoir over time, so it's not a constant leak; it seems to be occurring only when actively brewing a cup of coffee and water is moving from the reservoir through the base. This is concerning - Not only due to having a constant mess to clean up, but also from the viewpoint of potential electrical fire hazard. I will definitely be looking at a different unit, super disappointing because this one was perfect for my needs due to the convenience of the repositionable reservoir and the countertop footprint/size. I'll give it 2 stars for a good cup of coffee, but it won't get more due to the mess it's making.

This is the second keurig supreme i purchased. The first one stopped working in less than a year. I purchased a second thinking it was just a fluke but tgis one was only 6 months. I take good care of maching. Descaling when necessay and change the water filter. I dont think I want another one....

I’ve had this less than a year. (5/26/25). We descaled it and it started smoking and completely died. There is no power. We used this almost daily, maintained it well and have had past keurigs but never anything like this.

Doesn’t last. Keurig quality has really gone down. The first one we ever had lasted years. Lately though with the newer ones we have to replace them every 12-16 months. At that price point, I would expect more.

Not Made to Last
I do not recommend htis Keurig. We had an older model for 7+ years. I thought this model looked great and despite the fact that the old one was working, I decided to upgrade. In less than 3 months it has broken. The top hinged part is out of alignment and does not close. We have to exert a lot of pressure and hold it down while the coffee maker is making the coffee. Needless to say, I am not happy at all. Keurig has a one year warrenty that I will submit, but best case scenario they will send me another one that will likely break again. I wish I had kept my old model. Learn from my mistake. Do not purchase this machine!
