Q: None of the buttons work on the machine (like strength size, favorite, etc. I can push hot water for a brew but can't increase strength or temp. nor can I use the over ice feature. how do those work

This is my 4th Keurig over last 10+ years. I upgraded to this model to have more choices as far as size, strength and temperature. It does all that. Took me several days to figure out how to connect to my home wifi, even with their help. But now everything is perfect. Well worth it.

This unit is a replacement for the original coffee make I bought a year or so ago. the first one quit working just after I plugged it in after about a 6 month rest while I was gone down south. No idea why the first one quit, and I was not sure how or if I could claim a warranty?

This model replaced an older one; always happy with the Kuerig brand but this time the coffee does not seem to be as hot in temperature as the previous one despite making sure I select the hottest temperature setting allowed. Disappointed.
